ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking  CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE  to support our State Farm agency by delivering outstanding service to existing customers. This position is strictly service focused and does NOT involve sales or cold calling. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and enjoys helping people by answering question, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Property casualty licensed
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
