Our agency began as a legacy office in 2021 and expanded with the opening of a second location in 2024. Today, we’re proud to have a team of seven and a growing presence along the eastern seaboard. Before becoming an agent, I spent many years as a coach and teacher — experience that strongly shapes how I lead, train, and support my team. I’ve been married to my wife, Brittany, for 14 years, and she works alongside me in the agency. Together we have three children, three dogs, and a handful of cats, making family a central part of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jerrod Sparling - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
