ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency began as a legacy office in 2021 and expanded with the opening of a second location in 2024. Today, we’re proud to have a team of seven and a growing presence along the eastern seaboard. Before becoming an agent, I spent many years as a coach and teacher — experience that strongly shapes how I lead, train, and support my team. I’ve been married to my wife, Brittany, for 14 years, and she works alongside me in the agency. Together we have three children, three dogs, and a handful of cats, making family a central part of who we are.
Community involvement matters here, and we partner with our team to support causes that are meaningful to them personally. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jerrod Sparling - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
