We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting our mission to protect and serve our clients.
Our office has a very low turnover, with many employees having served here for 10 to 20 years. It takes approximately six months to fully license and train a new team member. We are seeking an individual who is driven by opportunities for growth and development within State Farm.
Hours:
8:45 AM - 5:15 PM / Monday - Friday// In Person only at the Boynton Beach location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and claims filing
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Follow company policies and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
- Ability to pick up new computer systems quickly

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
