Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-obsessed professional to join our growing team in our Denver office. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the heart of our agency — helping clients with policy questions, claims support, billing, and building lasting relationships. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with room to advance.
Compensation
$50,000 – $65,000+ (Base Salary + Commissions + Performance Bonuses)

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in LoHi, North Denver.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Florida State University.
