ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mia Migita - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I came to America from Korea 30 years ago barely speaking English. I had to learn fast, adapt fast, and figure things out quickly. I started from the bottom sweeping floors in a salon and worked my way up to becoming a master stylist and eventually the owner of a successful high-end hair salon.

But I hit a ceiling.

I realized I didn’t just want income—I wanted impact, ownership, and long-term growth. That journey led me into the insurance industry. This business gave me the opportunity to build something meaningful, help families protect their future, and create financial freedom not just for myself, but for the people on my team.

We offer deferred compensation, bonuses, and 10 days of paid time off in the first year. But more importantly, we offer opportunity.
