ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an In-Office Customer Service Representative, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Cross Sell and Up-Sell Various Insurance Products.
QUALIFICATIONS: MUST HAVE A TEXAS GENERAL LINES PROPERTY AND CASUALTY LICENSE AND A TEXAS GENERAL LINES LIFE AND HEALTH LICENSE.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Previous Insurance Industry Customer Service experience preferred.
- Texas General Lines Insurance License required
- Series 6 and/or 65 helpful but not required
- Previous State Farm Experience not required by preferred.
Compensation: $4,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
