I opened my agency in 2014 after gaining experience as a State Farm team member for another agent, which gave me a strong foundation for building an office centered on relationships and trust. I attended Saint Kate’s, am married with two daughters, and live in the community I serve — which makes our work here especially meaningful. Our team includes three members, and we take pride in creating a welcoming, energetic environment where customers are treated like family and doing the right thing always comes first.
We stay actively involved in the community through local schools, quarterly outreach efforts, the Centennial Area Chamber of Commerce, and St. Jude fundraising initiatives. Our team enjoys a flexible schedule, free snacks and drinks, monthly team lunches, team-building events, a Simple IRA, and health benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensación: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in Woodbury, MN .
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
