Customer Service & Outbound Call Specialist (Full-Time)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One hour lunch daily
No nights. No weekends.
Location:
In-office. Local team environment.
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, people-focused team member to support our sales and service teams by making outbound calls to customers and prospects to offer insurance quotes and schedule follow-ups.
This is a customer service–first role, not a high-pressure telemarketing position. You’ll be trained to communicate professionally, handle basic customer questions, and assist the team when coverage is needed.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to:
- Offer insurance quotes
- Confirm interest
- Schedule follow-ups with licensed team members
- Use call scripts and talking points provided
- Send simple follow-up texts or emails when needed
- Accurately document call outcomes in our system
- Provide customer service support when team members are out sick or on vacation
- Learn basic insurance service workflows over time

- No insurance license required
Training & Support

- No prior insurance experience required

Pay & Benefits
- Full-time position
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 90 days
- Stable Monday–Friday schedule

- $40,000-$50,000 per yer with incentives
