Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our State Farm office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving sales of insurance and financial products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients find the best coverage solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs
  • Present and explain State Farm products and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver accurate insurance quotes and proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Guide clients through the application and underwriting processes to ensure smooth policy issuance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client onboarding and ongoing account management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the office
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in ECRM systems
  • Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate leads
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required; relevant sales or insurance experience is a strong asset
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related fields
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using ECRM and insurance quoting software’s preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus
  • Valid state insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure as required

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
