ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Mark Mcgriff - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs.
Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to obtain 4-40 and 2-14 or 2-15 licenses prior to day one required.
Must be coachable
Professional appearance

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Gainesville, FL.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
I am a second generation State Farm agent.
I am a proud graduate of University of Florida.
We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
