What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively reach out to potential and current customers — through community events, referrals, and outreach — to build a strong pipeline.
  • Meet with clients to understand their insurance and financial needs, then recommend tailored solutions including Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
  • Clearly explain policy options and benefits, making insurance easy to understand.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed goals while keeping customer satisfaction front and center.
  • Maintain detailed records and use CRM tools to stay organized.
  • Follow up to ensure clients feel supported and identify opportunities for additional coverage or referrals.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to share ideas and sharpen your sales skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and licensing requirements.
  • Represent Webb Insurance and Financial at local community events, building trust and brand awareness.
Who You Are:

  • Licensed (or willing to get licensed) in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance.
  • Eager to grow your sales skills, with a positive attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
  • A confident communicator and relationship-builder — bonus points if you speak multiple languages!
  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and being out in the community.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (CRM experience is a plus).
  • Open to learning, coaching, and professional growth.
  • Previous insurance sales experience is great but not required — we value potential and passion!
