Our agency first opened in 1995, but my journey with State Farm goes back even further. I began as an agent in 1981, transitioned into management for a number of years, and then returned to agency ownership in 1995. Today, I’m proud to lead a team of five who share the same commitment to integrity and community that has guided my career for decades.
We’re deeply involved in our community and honored to have been named the best insurance agency in the area multiple times. I’m active with the Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Directors for BSCA, and proudly support causes such as Scamp for special needs children, March of Dimes, MS, Little League, St. Jude, and Tunnel to Towers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Larry Lukovich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
