ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative for the Sam Haddadin State Farm Agency, you would be a key player in driving our business and customer success! Build strong customer relationships, connect customer needs with our services, and boost your career with unlimited earning potential and growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $43,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
