ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Rick Jackson - State Farm Agency is a tenured and popular agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a sharp, focused, and experienced individual to join our high performing team.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Ideally, the candidate would have some sales experience or is a quick learner who is eager to work directly with customers to uncover the insurance protection that best meets their needs.  This position provides a real career opportunity, not just a job. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
  • Develop strong personal and professional relationships with our clients that focus on building trust.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide stellar customer service and follow up on customer needs.
  • Support the vision and goals of the agency set forth by the agent and agency manager.
  • Commit to continued education in property and casualty insurance protocols and coverage requirements to ensure the ideal types of insurance policies are offered to existing clients, potential clients, and new customers 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a sales and/or customer service role.
  • Superior customer service, communication (written and verbal), and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with making recommendations that suit customer needs.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Force, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to overcome daily challenges with composure.
  • Dedication to our long-standing team focus and zero office drama policy.
 Salary range is based on education level, experience, and if the candidate currently possesses insurance licenses.  
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
