About the Role
We are looking for a motivated team member who is comfortable generating their own activity through referrals, follow-ups, community engagement, and personal outreach. This position requires confidence in talking to people, sharing what you do, and asking for business.
If you like structure, goals, and building relationships — this is the right role.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schedule quotes and follow-ups
- Generate referrals from conversations you have daily
- Network with existing customers and community contacts
- Request Google reviews and recommendations after interactions
- Use social platforms professionally to promote services
- Convert warm inquiries to auto, home, renters, life, or health policies
- Manage quotes, follow-ups, renewal outreach, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated individuals who stay active without supervision
- Comfortable speaking to customers by phone and in person
- Goal-oriented personality who enjoys measurable results
- Professional communication and consistent attendance
- Willingness to obtain insurance licenses (if not currently licensed)
Qualifications
- Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful, not required
- Must be able to pass Florida insurance licensing within 30–45 days
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, activity-based role
- Confident asking for referrals and reviews
Compensation
- Base salary + monthly incentives
- Commission opportunities based on production
- Bonus eligibility for referrals, written applications, and reviews
Schedule
- Monday -- Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Occasional community events or outreach opportunities

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
