ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a team member with Linda Antonietti Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. As a Customer Service Representative at State Farm, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries about their insurance policies, claims, billing, and general information, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly and accurately in the system.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with computers and customer management systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
