ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with Rick Buckner State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforces the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a great fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

WE OFFER A SIGNING BONUS
We offer a $500 signing bonus with two disbursements of $250 the first will be after the first 30 days and the second $250 after 60 days.
ABOUT THE AGENCY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service/sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- We provide continued training and development courses to help hone your skills as a licensed insurance professional.
- We will provide courses to obtain your Life & Health license with the State of New Mexico with all associated cost paid.
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
