Role Description:
- As an Insurance and Financial Services Team Member with State Farm, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of exceptional customer service and helping clients protect what matters most. You will assist customers with insurance and financial products, provide information and guidance, and support the team in managing policies and claims. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers in-person, via phone, or email with their insurance and financial service needs.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, claims, payments, and coverage options.

Policy Management:
- Assist in processing new insurance applications, renewals, and endorsements.
- Update and maintain accurate client records and policy information in the system.

Claims Support:
- Help customers initiate and track claims, providing updates and clarifications as needed.
- Coordinate with claims adjusters and other departments to ensure timely resolution.

Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Promote and explain a variety of insurance products (auto, home, life, health) and financial services (retirement, investment options).
- Support licensed agents by scheduling appointments, preparing quotes, and following up with prospects.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with State Farm and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Prepare and file necessary documentation accurately and confidentially.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with agents, underwriters, and other team members to support business goals.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with insurance software systems.
- Willingness to obtain relevant licenses and certifications as required by the state and company.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
