Are you a customer-first professional who also enjoys winning business and achieving results? The Johnson Agency is growing and seeking a Customer Relations Representative who excels in problem-solving, builds trust quickly, and thrives in a role that blends service with sales opportunity.
You’ll be the go-to contact for our existing customers—supporting their needs while also helping them discover additional coverage options that better protect what matters most.
Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health required—or willingness to obtain them with full agency support.
What You’ll Do

Deliver Exceptional Support
Handle inquiries, process changes, and provide a seamless and professional customer experience.

Retain & Expand Accounts
Conduct coverage reviews and guide customers through policy updates and renewal needs.

Recommend Smart Solutions
Identify opportunities for added protection and confidently present product options that drive growth.

Stay Efficient & Organized
Maintain accurate records, follow through consistently, and manage tasks with strong attention to detail.

Be a Team Player
Collaborate with the agency to ensure goals are met and client satisfaction remains a top priority.
What You Bring
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive, sales-minded approach to uncovering customer needs
- Customer service or client-facing experience preferred
- Ability to stay composed and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Required insurance licensing (or willingness to get licensed with support)
