What You’ll Do:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Resolve customer concerns with care and professionalism
- Use your communication skills to engage both new and existing clients, explaining and selling insurance products confidently
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, people-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Sales or account management experience is a plus—but not required; we will train the right candidate!
- A willingness to learn and engage in meaningful sales conversations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
