Our agency opened in 2012 and has grown into a strong, motivated team of six professionals who are passionate about serving our community and supporting one another. I started my State Farm career right out of college as a team member, and that experience gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused office.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad to three kids, and much of my time is spent cheering them on at their sporting events. I’m also active in our church and enjoy playing golf whenever I can. Our agency stays closely connected to the community, especially through sponsorships and support for local elementary and middle schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ryan Grubbs - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
