ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000, and today I have a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in medical sales and later spent a few years as a claims adjuster, which ultimately led me into agency life.

I hold a Business Management degree and my CHFC designation. Fitness is a big part of my life — I enjoy working out, spending time with my wife, kids, and grandkids, and getting out on the golf course whenever I can.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for David Brown - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
