What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer accounts with a proactive, sales-minded approach—identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Assist clients with policy updates, coverage questions, and personalized product recommendations.

  • Support claims follow-ups to ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

  • Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams to streamline policy approvals and maintain accuracy.

  • Maintain organized, detailed records in the CRM and track opportunities throughout the client lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • An energetic, outgoing communicator who enjoys helping people and building rapport.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.

  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is a plus (training provided for the right candidate).

  • A proactive problem-solver who feels comfortable having consultative sales conversations.

  • Willingness to obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses (full support provided).
