Account Representative – Insurance Sales

Are you a competitive sales professional who thrives on winning new business and turning relationships into results? As an Account Representative, you’ll be a revenue-driver within our agency—actively seeking opportunities, converting leads, and expanding coverage for both new and current clients.
You’ll lead sales conversations, identify protection gaps, and position policies that bring real value to customers—all while building a long-term, lucrative career in a high-demand industry. If you’re motivated by achievement and energized by commission, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen and expand client relationships to maximize retention and growth
- Conduct policy reviews and confidently recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Proactively prospect and convert both warm and cold leads into new business
- Consistently market and cross-sell insurance products to increase revenue
- Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and deliver results that support agency goals
- Assist with service needs as required to maintain positive client experiences
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, account management, or a client-facing business development role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade, influence, and close
- Bilingual fluency—especially Russian or Ukrainian—is a plus
- Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain (support provided)
- Competitive, self-driven, and focused on hitting (and exceeding) goals
- Confident, proactive approach with a passion for connecting solutions to customer needs

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is open 9:00- 6:00 Monday thru Thursday, 9:00-5 Friday, and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
