We’re looking for a dedicated, customer-focused professional to join our growing insurance agency as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients—providing support, processing updates, and guiding them through policy and claims questions with clarity and care.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, renewals, and billing questions
- Process claims and provide follow-up communication to ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products that support client needs
- Support overall customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred—insurance experience is a plus
- Bilingual abilities in Russian or Ukrainian (in addition to English) are beneficial
- Active P&C and Life & Health licenses—or the willingness to obtain them with support
- A customer-first attitude with the ability to recognize and act on sales opportunities

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is open 9:00- 6:00 Monday thru Thursday, 9:00-5 Friday, and 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
