What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through insurance and financial services options
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately
  • Provide personalized quotes and explain coverage options clearly
  • Support the agency’s marketing efforts to grow our client base
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding customer service and exceed client expectations
What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
