ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2001 and currently has a small team of one full-time and two part-time team members. Before opening my agency, I spent eight years as a fire claims representative with State Farm, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding customer needs and how to provide exceptional service.
I studied business at College of Charleston. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy working on home construction projects and cheering on Carolina Football.
We offer a Simple IRA, flexible scheduling to support work-life balance, and licensing reimbursement. While our community involvement mostly focuses on financial support, we’re proud to contribute to local causes in meaningful ways.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashley Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
