RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Be able to pass insurance exams and obtain insurance licenses. We show you how and this is sponsored!!

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $38,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
