Overview

We are a fast-growing, community-driven State Farm agency in Ravenel, SC, and we’re looking for a true first-impression builder—not just a receptionist. If you enjoy people, love helping others, and want to work in an upbeat, positive environment where culture isn’t just a buzzword, we want you here.

This role is about hospitality, warmth, and being the person who sets the tone from the moment someone calls or walks in. Our office supports local teachers, families, and small businesses, and we believe business is the vessel to serve the community—not the other way around.

What Makes Us Different

Most offices just want a receptionist. We want someone who:

  • Loves greeting people like they matter (because they do)
  • Enjoys creating a smooth, professional environment
  • Wants to contribute to something meaningful in the community
  • Thrives in a team that is positive, coachable, and genuinely cares
We invest heavily in culture, personal development, training, and support. We empower our team—not micromanage them. Wins are celebrated, growth is encouraged, and kindness and work ethic are non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct calls with confidence and professional tone
  • Welcome guests, customers, and walk-ins with a positive attitude
  • Help organize the office daily to ensure it runs smoothly
  • Assist with scheduling, messages, and basic administrative support
  • Follow simple workflows and help keep paperwork organized
  • Coordinate with the sales team on office needs and follow-ups
No insurance experience required—just a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a desire to help people.

Requirements

  • Friendly and confident communicator
  • Professional and warm customer service style
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Coachable and open to feedback
  • Must be able to multitask and stay calm in busy moments
Benefits

  • Competitive pay + bonus potential
  • Monday–Friday schedule
  • Paid training
  • Growth & promotion pathway within the agency
  • A culture built on trust, development, and community values
If you want to be part of a fun, supportive, and mission-driven agency that takes pride in changing lives—not just selling products—we’d love to meet you.

Compensation: $41,167.00 - $51,067.00 per year
