Responsibilities
- Answer and direct calls with confidence and professional tone
- Welcome guests, customers, and walk-ins with a positive attitude
- Help organize the office daily to ensure it runs smoothly
- Assist with scheduling, messages, and basic administrative support
- Follow simple workflows and help keep paperwork organized
- Coordinate with the sales team on office needs and follow-ups
No insurance experience required—just a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and a desire to help people.

Compensation: $41,167.00 - $51,067.00 per year
