ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and have built a strong, supportive environment with a team of four full-time and two part-time members. Before opening my office, I began my State Farm career as an agent team member from 2004–2006, then spent 15 years as a District Manager. That experience shaped my approach to leadership and helped me create a culture focused on mentorship, professional growth, and long-term success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Billy Gothreaux - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
