Telemarketing Opportunity – Performance Bonuses + Path to Licensed Agent Opportunity.
Join our dynamic team at Chris Burt - State Farm Agent as a Telemarketer and kickstart your career in insurance! Use your communication skills to promote trusted State Farm products while earning hourly wage, performance-based bonuses, and the opportunity to promote to a licensed agent sales position within 3-6 months.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to potential customers
- Identify and qualify at least 3 leads per day for our agents
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow all company guidelines and compliance standards
- Track and report your call and lead activity
