Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a close-knit, hardworking team of three. I’ve been with State Farm for nine years — it’s the only company I’ve ever worked for — and I started as a team member before opening my own agency. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
