Compensation
- $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Tiered commission plan with unlimited earning potential

Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
- Market and sell appropriate State Farm products and services
- Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve marketing and production goals
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet goals and build rapport with customers
- Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
