Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by answering phones, managing service requests, and assisting with retention activities to strengthen client relationships. Your role is vital in ensuring our clients feel valued, supported, and confident in their coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Handle service requests such as policy updates, billing questions, and claims assistance.
- Conduct retention activities including follow-up calls and personalized outreach to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and connecting them with the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the agency’s system.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Identify opportunities to educate customers about additional coverage options and agency services.
- Uphold State Farm’s standards for customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, patient, and empathetic attitude toward customers.
- Previous customer service experience is great and valued but not required — we are committed to training and helping you develop.
- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn agency software.
- Team player who is eager to contribute to a positive work environment.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
