Our agency opened in 2000 and has built a reputation for exceptional service and long-term relationships with our customers. With a small, dedicated team of two, we pride ourselves on collaboration, reliability, and mutual respect — both within the office and with our clients.
Before opening the agency, I worked in claims with State Farm, where I developed a strong foundation for helping customers navigate life’s challenges. I graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago and have always had a passion for connecting with people, traveling, and staying active in the community. Over the years, we’ve supported local high schools and participated in various community initiatives to give back where it matters most.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
