Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Insurance Acquisition Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer tailored solutions that provide real value and peace of mind. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through outbound calls, digital outreach, and referrals.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
• Manage the full sales process—from lead generation to policy activation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and retention goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and adhere to compliance standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications
• Active insurance license (or ability to obtain one.
• Proven experience in sales, customer acquisition, or client relations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous growth.
