RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and accurate information about insurance policies, claims, and coverage.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and services to help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain strong customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
