ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with their insurance needs, provide timely and accurate information, and support the overall operations of the insurance office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing clear and accurate information about insurance policies, claims, and coverage.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products and services to help them make informed decisions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and maintain strong customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
