RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with clients professionally over the phone & in person.
- Manage phones and emails while meeting proper timelines & deadlines.
- Answer account questions and provide accurate policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling & confirmations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Experience in a professional office setting such as banks, legal offices, medical offices etc. preferred but nor required
Computer proficiency with office systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, CRM Systems, Microsoft Suites etc.
Ability to multi-task in accounts without compromising attention to detail.
Professional communication skills and business acumen.
Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision or micromanagement.
COMPENSATION: Compensation dependent on experience. Bonuses issued based on performance.
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
