ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Sales Representative  for Luke Penning State Farm, you’ll help grow a local agency that represents State Farm — a nationally recognized leader with a proven record of excellence and opportunity for growth. Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through consultative conversations and exceptional service.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations across insurance and financial service products.
  • Educate and guide clients on options for protection, investment, and retirement planning.
  • Proactively stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and State Farm offerings to ensure clients receive the best possible solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Licenses in insurance and FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred.

 
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
