ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Linda DeSpain - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Cross Sell and Up Sell the Various State Farm Products Offered
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous STATE FARM Customer Service Experience required.
- Must have General Lines Insurance License from any State. Will help acquire with Texas Non-Resident License if located out of State.
- Must be comfortable with Sales and have a passion for helping Customers.
- Must live in the US Central Time Zone.
- Pay is hourly plus Commissions for placed new business. Base pay ranges from $42K to $60K with no cap on commissions.
- PLEASE DON'T APPLY FOR THIS POSITION UNLESS YOU CURRENTLY HAVE A GENERAL LINES INSURANCE LICENSE AND AT LEAST ONE-YEAR OF PROPERTY AND CASUALTY EXPERIENCE. Financial Services experience is preferred by not required.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
