As Account Representative for Kristy Gaudiose State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Onboard new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- One of the two licenses need of Property and Casualty or Life and Health. Will have to obtain other license.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
