- Effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance offerings tailored to various business needs.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about the business, insurance requirements, and purchasing timelines.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all call activities and lead information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to better engage prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
- Comfortable working with scripts but adaptable in conversations.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of business insurance products is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus.
- Fast-paced call center or remote work environment.
