RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and contact potential clients through calls, networking, referrals and community engagement.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Present and explain insurance policy options in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one before start of employment).
