Are you a high-energy, sales-driven professional who enjoys turning leads into long-term clients and providing exceptional service to existing policyholders? Tim Johnson State Farm is seeking a motivated Account Representative who is passionate about growth, customer relationships, and delivering results.

This is a fully licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you are not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain these licenses—with full support provided by the agency.

Role Overview

As an Account Representative, you will play an essential role in the agency’s growth by identifying sales opportunities, building customer loyalty, and ensuring every interaction adds value. You will be responsible for both proactive outreach to generate new business and servicing policies to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Proactively market insurance products, identify customer needs, and close sales with confidence.

  • Service Existing Customers: Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, billing questions, and coverage enhancements.

  • Deliver Exceptional Experience: Build lasting relationships through communication, responsiveness, and trust.

  • Manage Accounts: Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure outstanding service and retention.

  • Support Agency Success: Contribute to sales strategies, agency goals, and quota achievement.

Qualifications

  • A strong sales mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service preferred.

  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain with agency support).

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
