ROLE DESCRIPTION:
At Jeff Kolp - State Farm Agent, we're looking for an outgoing and motivated Account Manager who enjoys connecting with people and is excited to build a career in sales. No prior insurance or sales experience is required - we provide training, coaching, and support to help you succeed.

In this role, you'll work directly with prospective and existing customers, learn how to identify their needs, and help connect them with insurance solutions that fit their goals. If you're someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and wants an opportunity to grow professionally, we'd love to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, texts, emails, and other outreach efforts.
  • Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Follow up with leads, referrals, and current customers to uncover additional opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals while developing your sales and communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable.
  • Sales, customer service, retail, or other people-focused experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
