We’re looking for a motivated Sales Team Member to join our growing State Farm agency in Lakeland, FL!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Help people protect what matters most through Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized coverage options
- Work with a fun, high-energy team that supports each other’s success
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to obtain Florida Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (training provided)
- Licensed candidates strongly preferred
