ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I officially opened our agency on June 1, 2024, but my roots with State Farm run much deeper as I spent over 18 years working in another agent’s office before launching my own. Today, I lead a small but passionate team of three full-time professionals who are dedicated to helping our clients protect what matters most.
We offer flexible PTO, life insurance, and a supplemental health policy (for those who qualify), along with opportunities for advancement within the agency and performance-based bonuses. As a second-generation State Farm agent who’s lived in Kent County my whole life, I’m deeply connected to this community. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
