๐ฐ Compensation: $50,000 โ $70,000 per year (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses)
๐ Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday - In-Office Position
Are you passionate about helping people and building long-term relationships? Megan Green State Farm is seeking a Customer Service Account Representative to join our dedicated, customer-focused team!
What Youโll Do:
- Provide exceptional support to existing customers by managing policies, answering questions, and resolving concerns
- Handle billing, policy updates, and claims assistance with professionalism and care
- Identify opportunities within our current book of business to offer additional products that meet customer needs (in-book pivot sales goals)
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Who You Are:
