ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Erin LeVan - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist with basic marketing and administrative tasks while support our team of insurance professionals. This part-time position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting and develop valuable communication and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Assist with answering phones, taking messages, and directing customer inquiries.
- Help with scheduling and appointment reminders.
- Support the team by preparing and mailing documents.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other platforms.
- Learn about insurance services and assist in basic customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
